
Mell Poulton is the proud owner and head trainer of Rise Fitness. She has over nine years experience in the health, sport and fitness industry, holds a University degree in Human Movement (Sports Science), a Diploma of Education in Health and Physical Education (HPE) and a Certificate IV in Fitness, as a Personal Trainer (Registered Fitness Professional).
Rise Fitness was established in early February 2006 in Newcastle, after seeing a need for an alternative to boot camps and gymnasiums. Rise Fitness brings a fresh approach to personal and small group training in Newcastle, which specialises in outdoor Small Group Fitness, Personal Training, Pram Pushers (fitness for mums and bubs) and Rising Bellies (Prenatal fitness for mums to be).
Over the coming months, Mell will give you an insight on how to get your pre- baby body back, provide health tips to keep you energised and on track, offer guidance and advice on health and fitness issues; pregnancy, postnatal and weight loss. Most of all help “Empower, Motivate, and Educate you to Achieve your health and fitness goals for life”.
